According to the formal announcement, "An unusual meeting draws characters Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh quest, where whispers of forbidden practices and monstrous metamorphoses resonate through the shadows." The storyline introduces a "oddly dressed woman named Ada" who tasks the duo with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a key location from Attack on Titan—to save her companion from a clandestine sect.
The questline focuses on "strange experiments and a terrifying foe" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The teaser showcases the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages.
